Classes take place in our private garage gym in Preston, close to Penwortham, Leyland, and surrounding areas.
Group Personal Training Sessions:
Monday: 5:30 PM β 6:30 PM & 6:30 PM β 7:30 PM
Thursday: 6:30 PM β 7:30 PM
Friday: 5:30 PM β 6:30 PM
Powerlifting Sessions:
Friday: 6:30 PM β 7:30 PM

Our powerlifting sessions take place on a Friday between 1830-1930.
Whether you're looking to learn how to lift and have fun or considering competing these classes are a great place to progress your powerlifting!
