Sessions take place in our private training studio in Leyland, serving Preston, Penwortham, Leyland and surrounding areas.

Group Training

Monday: 5:30–6:30pm & 6:30–7:30pm
Thursday: 6:30–7:30pm
Friday: 5:30–6:30pm

Powerlifting

Friday: 6:30–7:30pm

Our powerlifting sessions take place on a Friday between 1830-1930.
