Personal Training & Group Sessions
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Most sessions run between 45-60 minutes depending on the service.
Q: What’s the difference between group sessions and 1-1 coaching?
A:
• Small groups - coached sessions in a motivating, supportive environment
• 1-1 - fully personalised coaching, technique work, and tailored programming
Both include guidance throughout - it simply depends how much individual attention you prefer.
Q: How many people are in each group?
A: We cap groups at 4 people so everyone gets plenty of coaching, support, and space to train properly.
Q: Are group sessions suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely. Sessions are beginner-friendly, with clear coaching, progressions, and modifications for all abilities.
Q: I feel nervous about starting - is that normal?
A: Completely normal, most people feel this way at first. Our studio is private, relaxed, and supportive, so you won’t feel watched or judged. We build confidence step by step, and most people feel right at home by their second session.
