A: All coaching takes place in our private garage gym in Preston, providing a focused, friendly, and distraction-free environment.

Q: Do you offer online coaching?
A: Currently, all sessions are in-person to ensure hands-on guidance and safety.

Q: What should I bring to my sessions?
A: Wear comfortable workout clothing, bring appropriate footwear, a water bottle, and your motivation! We provide all necessary equipment.

Q: Can I book single sessions or do I need to commit to a package?
A: We offer flexible booking options including single sessions and discounted packages.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees and to allow others to book your slot.

Personal Training & Group Classes

Q: How long are personal training and group sessions?
A: Sessions generally last between 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the service.

Q: What is the difference between group classes and 1-on-1 coaching?
A: Group classes offer a motivating environment with shared workouts focusing on general strength and cardio. 1-on-1 coaching provides personalised feedback, technique correction, and tailored programming.

Q: Are group classes suitable for beginners?
A: Yes! Our group classes cater to all levels and focus on foundational strength and cardiovascular training.

Powerlifting Coaching

Q: Do you offer both group and 1-on-1 powerlifting coaching?
A: Yes, we have group powerlifting classes as well as individual coaching to help you master the squat, bench press, and deadlift safely and effectively.

Q: When do powerlifting group classes run?
A: Group powerlifting sessions run on Fridays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Olympic Weightlifting Coaching

Q: Do you offer Olympic weightlifting in group classes?
A: No, due to the complexity and technical demands of Olympic lifts, we only offer personalised 1-on-1 coaching to provide the detailed feedback necessary.

Q: What lifts are taught in Olympic weightlifting coaching?
A: We focus on teaching the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, including technique, mobility, strength, and injury prevention.

Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation

Q: How do you ensure safe training and injury prevention?
A: With a Master’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation, we prioritise correct technique, mobility work, and tailored programming to minimize injury risk and support recovery.
